Each Sachet Contains:
Calcium Carbonate = 200mg
Calcium Lactate = 200 mg
Vitamin C = 30 mg
Zinc Sulphate = 3 mg
Vitamin B1 = 1 mg
Vitamin B2 = 1 mg
Vitamin B6 = 1 mg
Sodium Borate = 1 mg
Magnesium Sulphate = 10 mg
Dosage:
Adults = 1 sachet 2-3 times a day.
Mix the entire content of sachet in approx. 225mL of water.
